At Maven Branding, we take pride in delivering high-quality branding and signage solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Because most of our products are custom-made, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
1. Custom-Made Products
All signage, branded items, and printed materials are produced based on client-approved designs and specifications. Due to the customized nature of our work:
- Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
- Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving designs, dimensions, and content before production.
2. Design Approval Responsibility
Before production starts, we provide a design proof for approval. By approving the design:
- You confirm that all details (spelling, colors, sizes, layout) are correct.
- Maven Branding is not liable for errors discovered after approval.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We will offer a replacement or appropriate solution if:
- The product is delivered damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Order details or invoice reference
Once verified, we may:
- Repair the item
- Replace the product
- Offer a partial or full refund (where applicable)
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
- If production has already started, cancellation is not allowed.
- Design fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Where refunds are approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Payments will be returned via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom signage and branded products
- Items produced according to client specifications
- Products approved and delivered as per agreed design
7. Installation Services
- Installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
- Any issues with installation must be reported within 24 hours for review.
